Tour Interruption: the tour may be interrupted due to unforeseen mechanical failure, missing/stolen equipment, degraded or unsafe assessment of the tour conveyances, including but not limited to pedicab tricycles, e-bicycles, mobility scooters, pedicabs, golf carts, or any other vehicle used during the tour.

Financial Responsibility: In the event of a tour interruption due to mechanical failure, guest will be responsible for the full cost of the tour up to the point of interruption. This includes the portion of the tour completed before the mechanical issue arose.

Efforts to Resume Tour: Adventure DC Tricycle Tours will make all reasonable efforts to repair the conveyance quickly and resume the tour, if possible. However, a quick fix may not always be achievable, and the tour may need to be terminated.

Alternative Transportation: If the tour cannot be resumed due to mechanical failure, missing/stolen equipment, degraded or unsafe equipment, Adventure DC Tricycle Tours may provide guests with alternative transportation back to the starting point or planned ending point at no additional cost.

Partial Refund for Significantly Impacted Tours: A tour interruption due to mechanical failure, missing/stolen equipment, degraded or unsafe equipment may sometimes be considered to significantly impact the overall experience and Adventure DC Tricycle Tours may offer a partial refund. The extent of the refund or discount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

These terms are a condition of participating in a tour offered by Adventure DC Tricycle Tours.
